Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

Wow!, Florida is a wonderful place year round, and that I agree with. But now, it's Spring time in the Florida woods, and to me, as an artist, there's nothing in the world more beautiful than blooms everywhere, animals singing and dancing to new life!. This painting is of an actual place I have the privilege, through some great friends of mine, to go visit everyday, so I actually got the chance to see this orange grove develop from tree to producing grove. The turkeys actually came through this very same spot year round. The difference was when Spring hit the air and those gobblers changed the way they acted around the hens. They called out loudly, a sound you can clearly hear on a quiet morning, after that, you'd see the hen come out of the grove, each one ducking beneath the fence, alertly looking around for predators. Soon, the big gobbler showed up, took up his normal position, and BOOM!, He stood up, puffed every feather to show every color in the rainbow!. Thank GOD above for suc...
